Me, too! I have taken a daily vitamin since I was 16 years old. Now my doc has started me on daily Vit. D but I cannot read his writing as to the dosage he wrote on my blood test results note he mailed. It looks like Vit D 5000 but can't really tell if that is a 5. I hate to go through the whole automatic answering hoopla just to get to his nurses' VM to ask, LM and have her call back and LM, etc., and wondered if 5000 units of Vit D would be about right for someone slightly low in D on a recent blood test.
