My vet and my breeder suggest not taping ears because you can actually cause major damage to the cartilage. The vet told me that they won't tape ears unless it is in breeds that they actually crop their ears (Dobermans, ect.) If you keep the hair trimmed short on his/her ears, and rub them like you are trying to "mold" them to stand, that helps. You might also want to supplement calcium which you can get from your vet, or just give them around 1 tbsp. of cottage cheese everyday. Parker's ears stood on their own, but his sister which my aunt owns, is still a little droopy, but she has gotten better with her's standing since she started all of this!
