I just posted to this thread yesterday and I talked to our vet today. My Husband had taken our Pom to get her bloodwork done on thursday last week and the vet sent us a letter saying they needed to discuss her results from the bloodwork. Unfortunately it was not good. Her Bun and Creatinine levels are elevated and he needs a Urine sample to confirm what he and we already suspect. Her kidneys are failing and the Urine sample will give him a better idea of how bad it is.
