Dex does it too. he has very sensative feet. it's taken a LOT (years) of positive training to get him to stop screaming like i am killing him when i cut his nails. start training now because it takes a lot longer to reverse a behaviour...

i am not a trainer or anything, but i would suggest touching her foot gently and giving her a treat when she doesnt growl. slowly work your way up to wiping off her feet with lots of treats and praise and if touching her feet becomes a happy, fun, yummy time, hopfully it will stop it developing into an aggressive thing.
