 File a complaint
So sorry this happened but I think you should file a complaint to save others from this person's awful behavior and attitude. I'm looking in this section because my girl is getting quite scruffy looking and I want to be able to groom her myself. She had one visit to the petsmart groomer but I stayed the entire time, I was so paranoid of what would happen to my baby. All I had them do was her feet, rear end and try to clip the top third of her ears as well as cut her nails. I am going to learn all I can; I'd much rather be the one to make a mistake than to pay someone and get angry to boot.
I met a woman and her yorkie looked great and she, as well as posts here have given me confidence that I could learn to do it myself. Maybe that's what you should try?
