He's teething, and for the next few months, until he gets all his adult teeth, he's going to want to bite everything. Most people say, to say "no" and hand them a suitable chewing toy. Joey loved those puppy chewing toys and anything with rings, he'd chew on them for hours. You second problem is very common, don't forget, a dog sees your hand as it would a mouth, and so it looks like a large mouth coming at it. This is why it's important to never cause any pain to your pup with your hands; they should learn that good things come from the hands. Cheerios are a great little treat that can help in learning hands are good things, they are tiny enough for a yorkie, and don't interfere as much with their appetite as more substantial treats would.
