Maybe I misread. Do you mean that when your mom can't come over, she is alone for 9+ hours a day? How do you make sure she is eating during that time?
An 11 week old won't even have full control of her bladder and there is no way she will be able to hold it that long.
Also, because she was so young when you got her (too young), she didn't stay with her furmom for long enough. Behavioral problems are very common in these cases for Yorkies.
