I LOVE Texas!! Born and raised here and have lived all over it! Whats really amazing about this state is how different every area is....Ive lived in Corpus Christi, where there are beaches and palm trees, East Texas where the pine trees go on for miles and now the panhandle...where it is FLAT FLAT FLAT! In the south we had hurricanes, up north we have tornados, and the wind will blow you away!! In the south, if it sleets, the whole world shuts down...in the panhandle, it snows and we have ice storms and no one stops at all!! People are friendly and caring...they pull off the road so you can pass with ease...wave and smile even if they have never met you....yup..I love my state!
