She explained why she called her new in another thread. It is because she got her after Polo. Thus, Bella is newer than Polo.
However, this still makes no sense to me and obviously many others. So to avoid miscommunication in the future OP might want to refrain from phrasing it like that. I KNOW she had a reason for doing it, but the wording is still confusing.
