If it's the same thing I'm thinking about, sounds like the dog is trying to snort snot through their nose or like they have something caught in there and they're trying to get it out? We call it "The Snarfles". It doesn't seem to affect them bad, cause they still have some facial expressions while this is going on. Our vet said it's most likely a disruption of air through their nose. But as long as it doesn't make them worse, I will let it slide.
