Unfortunately the owner of this little baby said she already contacted every rescue she could find and none were able to offer her help as soon as she needs it ( I do 't know who she contacted or anything so I can't be sure she contacted them all in our area). Here in California we take mixes. I am not sure what is going on with other rescues since there are so many needing rescuing. They maybe getting more picky or just taking on more to help out. Unfortunantely there are not enough foster homes due to the economy factor and thats why there are so many needing help. It is a viscous circle. Well is you can send me a picture of this little girl maybe if we can get her out this way I can adopt her. I have two special needs yorkies. I have worked with special humans my entire life and now I expanded to furbabies.
