Please clarify...is he eating his own poop or is this cat poop in a litter box? I have never had this problem, but I read somewhere to give them a bit of pineapple juice and it makes their poop less desireable. I don't know of anyone who has tried this and am unaware if pineapple is good/bad for a dog, but it is something you may want to ask around about. Yuck and good luck!
