I know you all will be upset with me for saying this, but it has been very disturbing, as we are older and wanted a companion to snuggle and walk with, not having to give a bath every day.

Usually, I find that the people/animals that I take care of; are usually the ones that I bond with the most.

My newborn baby, for instance, required a lot of care!

I understand not coming into this with the expectation that your yorkie would require quite so much care.

I found the same thing with my little Lucy, who was diagnosed with mild MVD, and spent a WHOLE LOT of time at the Vet's initially. But she was so little, and she needed me so much ~ how could I not take care of her?

We got her situation under control and I swear, she is the most loving dog I have ever had. Her love, devotion, and sweet disposition just shine in her bright eyes.

She has paid me back tenfold for everything I did for her. Yours will too if you open your heart and try to get your frustration under control. She does NOT want to cause you problems; she wants only to be loved.

I'm sure that this is something you can get under control and enjoy your beautiful yorkie; snuggles and all.
