My boss gives me the flu jab yearly and my doc the pneumonia vaccine last year and I still get sick every 3 years or so with a cold or flu, though the flu symptoms are reduced if the bug you get was in the serum - they are still awful. I always get an upset tummy when I get a cold or flu and can't breathe and can't eat or sleep, feel gross. I usually lose weight during a bout but feel fat and awful still! Being sick is just so wrong.
