I LOVE the book Yorkshire Terriers for Dummies. It was great and helped me a lot when I was a complete newbie.
I still refer back to it once in awhile because it has a lot of useful tips and lists! I highly recommend this book.
I do not know if there are better ones out there, but this one answered almost all my questions and even some I didn't know to ask! It is a really good place to start imo.
