My Yorkies were puppy-acting almost all of their lives and only after 9 years with one and 12 years with the other did they start to slow down some. Tibbe will be 4 end of August and he is still as playfull and full of mischief as almost any baby. I love it and hope he doesn't change until he is really old as I love a dog that doesn't lay around much. Neutering didn't change them as far as personality at all.
