I'm not sure if you're aware but 6 weeks is extremely young for a yorkie to leave her mom. That's pretty young for any dog, but toy breeds tend to benefit much more from staying with their mom until 12 weeks or so.
I know you're excited about getting her, but anyway the breeder would keep her longer? It'll save you some problems in the long run.

Not only will the puppy benefit from staying with its mother longer you will benefit also: Waiting until it is 10-12 weeks old it will most likely be at least potty pad trained, eating well, sleeping through the night (!!), socialized and interacting with you better as well as you might be better able to tell its personality better by that age and get a better indication as to its general health (less potential expenses for you). Things to think about.
