I agree with Taryn, don't wait. Find another vet ASAP.
Is there anything else unusual in his behavior? Does he seem lucid when his jaw shakes? Are his eating habits the same and is he as active? Keep in mind, Yorkies often hide pain or they don't show it the way humans do.
