Glad to hear that. 5 weeks is definitely a no-go. Don't mean to be harsh here but I have never heard of any reputable breeder let their baby go at 5 weeks . Please insist on waiting for the puppy to get older. At the age of 12 weeks is preferable, 10 weeks would do, 8 weeks is OK - younger than that is . It is actually illegal to sell a puppy younger than 8 weeks in our state. There is a good reason for it. Good luck and keep us posted.
