Maybe it's that she doesn't have much in her stomach for potty #2? Nicky was sick a couple of weeks ago, so he didn't eat much = he didn't do much potty #2. His stomach was gurgling and I think it was that he was hungry but was being careful about eating too much and getting a tummy ache again.
I would call the vet first thing in the morning, being that she's so small. If the vaccs. upset my little ones stomachs and they are bigger, I can imagine how upset your baby's tummy must be
