I bathe Alice once a week and from what I've seen on different threads here, once every 1 - 2 weeks is typical. Just make sure you're using a really good dog shampoo and conditioner otherwise they can get dry. Check the "grooming" section, there's tons of product reccomendations.
Sorry I can't help with the Pedicure thing, I use regular pet nail clippers, the small "cat" ones work best for Yorkies.
