exactly. instead of wasting money at a regular vet go see a specialist who deals with skin issues every day. get your records from the regular vet to take with you so no repeat tests have to be done.
this little yorkie needs you to help her. do not get rid of her because of a medical problem. no one likes to be stinky and feel like crap all the time.
