I've only heard great things about this camera. The reviews have been wonderful. If you are interested in reading about Nikon and their lenses, bythom.com is excellent. Thom Hogan is very knowledgeable about Nikon, and his site is a source of good information. I have his Nikon D300 ebook, and it's much better than the Nikon manual. I would recommend getting the D7000 manual. I hope you enjoy your camera.
