YES, take him back to the vet. It has been more then 24 hours and he is still having problems. He's not eating because he feels crappy, and the shaking could be from a lot of reasons, maybe related to not eating. Then your going to need to worry about him beccoming dehydrated. I hope he will be ok and start feeling better soon.
