Hmm. I have a wiggler and I honestly just use force. I think that's all you can do unless you want to take her to the vet daily and have them do it (and if she is like that, they will also use force).
When Ellie is being wiggly for ears, I stand or lay her on my lap with her side against my stomach. Then I put my arm (my right arm since I'm right handed) on her other side and hold her tightly against me. I hold her ear and head with my other hand and squirt it in.
The only thing I really can't do is use an electric toothbrush. If your girl gets as upset about this med than Ellie does aboutt that, then I'd say there is no possible way to do it. lol.
Have you tried wrapping her in a blanket?
since it only takes a second, I think you'll be able to restrain.
Or (although it won't be popular on YT
) you can put her harness on her and carefully lift her front feet off the ground while the other person puts it in. She probably won't be able to wiggle as much with less control.
