We always have to be prepared for the worst...but not to fear it so much that it makes us sick. I cannot count how many times in my life I have done that only to have it not be the worst.
I had a dear friend years ago who has passed away who always told me to "pray for faith to replace my fears"...and oh, what great advice that was.
