I used to collect collector edition Barbies. I have about 50 of them, but haven't bought any new ones in YEARS. I'm actually thinking about selling most of them now. I can make some quick money and they are all just sitting in the basement in their boxes. Its sad.
I also collect liquor glasses. I love the shapes, colors, sizes, weights of them. I think it's so interesting that there are so many types of glasses to have a drink from. Almost each drink has its own special glass.
I get them everywhere I go, I find some interesting, unique, fun pair and buy them as a souvenir for myself. I once bought a pair of weighted high ball glasses at the Luxor hotel in Vegas, they were neon purple. I put them in the dishwasher 1x and the purple shrunk and fell off entirely!!
That was a bummer because I think I paid close to $20 a glass!
