At our old house - with 1/2 acre of fenced yard in the back AND on a slight grade - it cost $35 to mow, weed-eat; and clean up.
NOW, we have a smaller yard and it has only cost me the price of a mower because my teen-age son will be taking over those duties! Much to his dismay.
