My sister makes these little salami wraps. they are just a small slice of salami with cream cheese spread in the middle. You can also do it with ham. |
Speaking of

eggs, I have some in the fridge and just ate one, yummy!
Chili Cheese Pinwheels are to die for. They are fairly easy to make.....
2 pkg cream cheese room temp (I use the "real stuff" but you can substitute low fat)
2 cans chopped green chilis
2 cans chopped black olives
1/2 bunch finely chopped green onions
Hot Sauce to taste
8 - 10 lg. flour tortillas (I kinda cut the corners off to make them more square, they roll up better.
Your favorite Salsa
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture over the flour tortilla - roll up jelly roll style, refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the cream cheese firm up and then slice in 3/4" to 1" pieces. Place on tray with the cut side up -- they are very pretty and are yummy beyond belief. They are fantastic eaten plain but even better with a spoon of salsa on top.
