Deviled eggs are pretty easy. I just boil my eggs, peel, cut in half, & remove the yolk to a separate bowl. Use a fork or an electric mixer to make the yolks into a fine crumble. Add a little mustard, mayonnaisse, salt, pepper, pickle relish, and a bit of sugar (to countermand the pickle relish tartness). I usually use the mixer again to really mix it up well & smooth. Then fill your eggs. You can do this with a spoon, or get fancy and use a tube decorator. I use the Pampered Chef decorator to give them a fancy piped look. Then lightly sprinkle with a little papricka and they are done! MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmm! Some use a little different recipe, depending on tastes but this one never fails me. I don't have amounts written anywhere, you go more by the way it looks & texture. Tasting along the way is mandatory (If you use one of the plastic egg carriers, be careful with the paprika. It will stain some plastics.)
