I know it sounds easy to 'just move' but it isn't. I have a friend in an apartment and when she moves it is VERY costly. It isn't something that you just do. She had to save for some time before she could afford that move and then she ended up with a neighbor she didn't care for.
Hopefully, it can be worked out without getting to that point.
