I live mainly by myself, plus my 2-furbabies. I don't have alot of trash and if it is something that is going to smell I take it to the big trash. I wig out too bad about odors and I don't want nothing smelly in my inside garbage.
If my inside garbage is full and I know I am taking it out, I will put it in there. But mostly keep a roll of toilet paper easy to grab near the potty pads and pick up the poop and flush.
