I'm sorry they don't undertsand. I too have had someone say something like to me. When my recent babies that went to the Rainbow Bridge they were saying they coudn't believe how much money I spent on them just to have to let go when it was time.
THEN, that same person, asked why I was adopting dog's that have medical problems! Saying I could have spent that money on a good dog !!! The two I just adopted don't have medical problems, but she said they will, they are used dog's. ARGGGGGG
Needles to say I haven't spoken to that person since.
