thanks, i contacted a couple that own a puppy at the end of our hall but haven't heard back, there are only 6 apts in this hall & i don't ever see anyone else. i did talk to the guy of the couple maybe a month ago and he agreed he does act & seem very strange. i hate to think it, but my daughter let's herself out in the morning to go to the bus, and if anything ever happened to her
of course i would not write my response here! it has been quiet so far tonight so maybe i will try to smooth things over in a day or two with a treat or something.
