Our dog parks have rules posted outside them, but the rules are also posted on our city park departments website. Maybe yours has a similar website with rules posted?
I will occasionally take my brother's dog with us to the dog park, and Levi REALLY enjoys that. So maybe Charlie would enjoy having his little friend with him as well.
