Our tests are next week!
The house is definitely worth it! We were blessed to have his pepa (contractor) and his grandpa (masonry) help and save us tons of money. They both had their own businesses and still had their connections. We didn't contract out much, but we saved a ton on the things we did contract out. Luckily both sides of our families have built, so we had several bonding parties. To top it off we didn't kill each other! Stressful though! We still haven't closed yet, hopefully that's this week. I beginning to think the bank is enjoying the interest payments each month from us!
