Is he drinking more water then usual? About the other yorkie who came to visit , he probably was marking, and that smell is now in your house. if it were me, i would have my carpets shampooed , especially for dogs . That way , hopefully the smell will be gone, and your boy will began using the pee pads again. If you are really concerned about the frequent urinating , and it is not getting better, I would take your little guy to the vet just to make sure he is ok.
