I second that advice.
NOW is the time when she needs to be exposed to as many people and as many dogs as possible to reduce the likelihood of her being aggressive later in life. (Assuming, of course, that shots are up-to-date with regards to meeting other dogs).
Do it gradually and give her alot of treats to make it more fun for her.
