I figured you probably didn't know since most people don't. Since that info came right from Merial's rep. figured I'd pass it on
I don't think they normal tell vets that because they want you to use the whole thing each month
but the vet I worked for was a stickler for stuff like that. When he told the rep. he was telling the clients with tiny dogs to give half, she spilled the beans LOL and told us they needed do it that way because the medicine is injected into the already formed treat.
