My Tibbe's tummy does this sometimes when he's overeaten or a bit constipated and I thought it just the sounds of digestion as the gas, liquids and solids are pushed along with a couple intestinal, momentary kinks maybe along the way.

lol yea Chippy does a lot of squeaking and twitching (and snoring) when he sleeps. He was wide awake. I kind of figured it was just a stomach ache, but in the 4 years we've had him, I've never heard his stomach make those noises.
