I agree with others here, your baby needs a specialist. There are other conditions that yorkies are prone to that raise liver enzymes that are Not liver conditions. AAI, Chiari & GME can & most often cause liver enzymes to elevate. Did your girl recently have vaccinations ? if yes, this could be GME witch is an infection in the brain & causes liver enzymes to elevate so your vet could very well have his diagnosis completely backwards as has happened MANY times her on YT.
