I would get her to the ER vet ASAP, if her feet have absorbed some chemical they will need to stop the reaction... anything you put on her make make it worse if you don't know what's causing it. And I aggree, antibiotics will probably be needed to stop any secondary infections....

I also suggest using a stroller till she's healed, that way you give her feet a break, but mentally she's still going for walks and will be just as happy!
