Tibbe acts this way after he's had to stay away from me. I think he's just resting up and reprocessing things in his head and body, resetting. When I first pick Tibbe up from the vet, he acts like he doesn't even know me, then is a bit standoffish and quiet toward me the rest of the night! I do not know why he behaves this way but it takes him a good while to find his default settings again.
If you little Rizzo is still behaving strangely tomorrow, let the vet check him, but he will probably start to come around tonight.
