Hello, congrats on your new boy! He might still be itchy from the human shampoo so it might just take a few days. My dog had a reaction to food & still itched for about a week after I stopped giving it to her. I've seen the itching spray at walmart & target in the pet section but I don't remember the name.
I think a lot of people here tend to bathe their yorkie on average of once every one to two weeks.
