Welcome to you and Bella! She is so sweet! You can start puppy training anytime. I'm sure you have already started potty training of some sort. I think the puppy class I checked into at Petsmart started at 10 weeks. And you probably won't need to get her groomed for another few weeks. The key to both is if she has had all her puppy shots. That keeps her safe from other dogs she will come in contact with while out.
