We have always been so cautious for this very reason!! The first time I told my hubby about this kind of incident he could not believe
that people would do this but unfortunately you hear about this all the time!! People think their baby escaped ~ It is heartbreaking!! This is reported so much in South Florida ~ even burglaries where they take your things and the baby...freaks me out something fierce!!
