Tibbe was and is a very fast learner and learned all of his tricks very quickly after only a few repititions except the "Sit Up", which he has only recently mastered after 2 years of off and on training. He just could not keep his little body upright for very long or would topple over because he was overeager. Finally, though, Tibbe can sit up very well! Keep the training sessions extremely short and do them frequently during the day was my moto with Tibbe.
Keep at it and once your baby gets that she is really accomplishing something, making you very happy and getting a "paycheck" treat, she will probably really engage.
