I recommend the schedule published by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). If lepto is given, I would tend to wait til a pup was a bit older. I like to separate vaccines as much as possible. Follow state/county law on rabies.

This is the schedule I recommend because while studies showing longer duration of immunity are probably correct, it is still a bit too soon to say for sure. I'd never want someone's dog in danger of undervaccination just because of a protocol I recommend. However, for my dog, I don't really follow a schedule. Her vet and I have agreed to do things differently.
