Who knows the relationship between the two & how much prior taunting has been going on that provokes a reaction from the yorkie towards that kid. Clearly the yorkie as no issue with the man holding the pug.

My thoughts exactly. Initial thought, look at that poor panting yorkie..to be taunted/teased into exhaustion.....horrible!
