Is prednisone normally given for pancreatitis? Hmm, I wonder if the vet is thinking IBD? Bear's symptoms sound just like the symptoms my dog with IBD was having. Her's is due to a food allergy and she was prescribed prednisone too. I'd see an internist, if he keeps having problems.
